How to write your first blog post
Let's say, for example, that you have created a blog about planting flowers. Remember that email that you sent to your cousin where you explained how to plant daffodils? Go find it. OK, I'll wait.
Now copy the text out of that email (select it all, and go to edit>copy). Back in your blog post, paste it in. It may need a little refinement, but not much. A blog post is something written to a friend. No, you don't use formal language, or list things like a presentation. Write it just like an email. Give it a title like, "how to plant daffodils". Yes, it's that easy.
I'll bet you've got a bunch of emails that would make good blog posts! Go get 'em!
