Facebook is a great place. It's a place for friends. I have a Facebook page which I use to get involved with groups like Vintage Phoenix, fans of Theodore Roosevelt, gardening, that sort of thing. I have Facebook pages for my cartoons and my caricatures. But my settings for my page for myself are limited, as they should be for you, too. I am not hiding anything, but pictures of my dog, my trip to Tucson, that sort of thing, are for my friends only. The default in Facebook is to be very public with your information, but there is a way to protect a bit of privacy. Here is how you do it.
From the menu at the top right, click on the little downward-facing arrow. Yeah, I know it doesn't say anything. I don't think they are intentionally making this difficult, really. Then select *Privacy settings*
When you get to that page, select *Friends* under *Control Your Default Privacy*.
Below that, click *Edit Settings* for *How You Connect. Hang on, we're almost there!
That will open another window that will allow you to change the settings to *Friends* and *Friends of Friends*, which is what you wanted all along, right?
