Communicating with the written word
If you're under the impression that people talk to each other, face-to-face, less than they did *back in the day*, you're right. And that *back in the day* was before the invention of the written word. Once language could be written down, the communication among the human race exploded. And through advanced technology, such as the invention of modern printing, and the internet, it continues to explode.
Yes, communicating by using the written word is a trick, but it's a good trick. As a Graphic Designer, I learned how much more effective the written word can be if the message is short and sweet, and is brightened up with images.
If you want to communicate to the world, write something. This is nothing new, it's been around for thousands of years. It works. People like it. And I would recommend including an interesting photo, or maybe a cartoon!
